BEFORE COMMISSIONING ME, BE SURE TO READ MY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I am a fairly easy going and easy person to work with, but like everyone else I have my limits and rules to commission me. Failure to follow or adhere to these rules will result in you being placed on the public blacklist (see blacklist) and a beware may be written on you depending on the circumstances of the rule break.I allow up to 3 redesigns or changes to your avatar (meaning large changes, minor changes have no limit, or if a mistake is made those will always be okay to fix), once you reach that point you will either have to stick to said design or request a refund from me.WILL DRAW/ WONT DRAW/ TEXTURE LISTWill Draw: NSFW (must show proof of ID before commissioning NSFW art or avatars from me), Will draw kinks EXCLUDING Scat, Gore, Watersports and major no no's (zoophilia, pedophilia, Proships, Comships. Common sense, as these are not validWILL NOT DRAW:Kinks listed above as the no's, Humans, Feral NSFW NOR Feral SFW (not comfy with it), Hate art/ revenge art of characters that are not your own, Self Harm or Vent art, sensitive topics including but not limited to, SA, RXPE, ABXSE, BULLYING, RACISM, HOMOPHOBIA, TRANSPHOBIA, NXZIS, Underage characters. I have every right to refuse service if I do not feel comfortable creating what you are asking for, and you will be issued an immediate refund if you have already paid.IF YOU FILE A CHARGEBACK ON YOUR AVATAR/COMMISSION, NOT ONLY WILL YOUR AVATAR BE BLACKLISTED (IF ITS ART IT WILL BE MADE INTO A PUBLIC BASE AND A BEWARE WILL BE MADE), BUT YOU WILL BE PLACED ON MY PUBLIC BLACKLISTI only accept payments via CashApp and Venmo, possibly paypal in the future. PRICES ARE NON NEGOTIABLE, I DO NOT ACCEPT BARTERING OR NEGOTIATION ON ANY OF MY SET PRICES. PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED OFF OF COMPLEXITYQueue Jumps: Each client is free to purchase ONE queue jump, and this will expedite your art. CLIENTS MAY NOT PURCHASE MORE THAN ONE, AS THAT IS UNFAIR TO OTHER CLIENTS. If I am already working on another commission, you will be next in line AFTER said commission. A Trello will be made soon for Queues and such.Asking for updates: Clients are free to and encouraged to ask for updates, but this is limited to one update per week. Art takes time, and patience is a virtue. If you start bothering/ Nagging me for minor updates, there will become a point where I will void your commission, and you will be issued a refund and be added to a temporary private blacklist. If the issue persists in the future, you will be added to the permanent public blacklist.If you have ANY questions, feel free to reach out to me at my business email at [email protected] (link at top of page), and please include your display name, and what question you have in as much detail as you can.Refund Requests (Avatars Only): If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product, you first should reach out to me to see if I can make it better or fix it. If there is nothing that I can do in my power to fix your dissatisfaction, you will be sent a refund as well as the avatar you have commissioned being removed from your account entirely. If you fail to give me permission to remove said Avatar from your VrChat account, you will NOT be issued a refundFor digital art, I do NOT accept refunds. I am happy to edit your product to fit your needs for no extra cost (unless adding complex features, you will be charged accordingly for said changes), but as i cant just magically delete the art from your devices, I do NOT accept refunds on ANY digital art. All standard digital art commission sales are FINAL.

FOR TRADES: I accept trades from someone who has a similar quality as my art/ avatars. I have EVERY right to deny a trade.TRADE RULES:
All the rules of commissions apply to here as well, as well as the fact that the final product is to be delivered at the same time. I will not send over any product unless I receive updates and WIPS as well. If you fail to send any updates, the trade will be called off and you will be added to my public blacklist. I can cancel trades at any time for any reason.
